1. About us

These terms govern all sales by Distinctive Trading Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England & Wales, Company No. 08027453, registered office Unit 41 Longsight Business Park, Hamilton Road, Manchester, M13 0PD. VAT No. [VAT NUMBER].

2. Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we dispatch the goods and send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline orders where pricing errors, stock errors or suspected fraud occur — any payment taken is refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on full payment. See our delivery information page for services and cut-off times.

5. Cancellation & returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and statutory rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are on our returns & refunds page.

6. Custom PC builds

Builds configured to your specification are "bespoke goods" under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the 2013 Regulations; the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once assembly has begun with your confirmation. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

7. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. PC systems additionally carry our own 12-month parts-and-labour warranty covering assembly faults. Warranty is void where serial numbers are removed or goods are physically damaged by misuse.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Our liability for other losses is limited to the price paid for the goods.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or your local courts if you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK.
